Welcome.
Ending a relationship can be one of the most disorienting transitions in adult life.
These memberships offer space for reflection, somatic practices, and thoughtful support for people navigating breakup, separation, or divorce.
What is Somatic Breakup Coaching?
Somatic coaching works with the understanding that the body carries important information about our experiences, relationships, and decisions. Rather than focusing only on analysis or advice, we slow down and pay attention to physical sensations, emotional responses, and patterns that emerge in the body.
This can help people understand what they are feeling, move through difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own clarity while navigating relationship transitions.
What Our Time Together Might Look Like.
Private Coaching Sessions
Private sessions offer space to slow down and reflect on what you are experiencing as you navigate the end of a relationship.
We begin with a brief grounding or meditation practice to help settle the nervous system and bring attention to the present moment. From there, our conversation is guided by thoughtful questions and by noticing what may be arising in the body — physical sensations, emotional responses, or patterns that offer insight into your experience.
Somatic work invites curiosity about signals or information the body may be carrying. Together we explore these signals gently and at a pace that feels safe and consensual, sometimes incorporating simple body awareness or movement practices.
Coaching remains focused on the present moment and the path forward — helping you reflect, make decisions, and consider what comes next as you move through this transition.
Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for mental health care.
Group Reflection Calls
Group calls offer a supportive space to reflect alongside others navigating breakup, separation, or divorce.
Each call begins with a short grounding practice, followed by open conversation and reflection. Participants are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
These conversations often bring a sense of perspective and connection during a time that can otherwise feel isolating.
