Yes. Memberships can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Members in the coaching tier receive two private sessions each month. After joining, you will receive a private scheduling link where you can book your sessions at times that work for you.
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place online.

Sessions are intended to be used within the month they are provided and do not roll over to future months.

Many people begin with the support membership and later move into coaching if they feel they would benefit from deeper one-on-one conversations.

Payments may appear on shared financial statements under my legal name, as I use Squarespace’s payment system.

No. This work is coaching, which focuses on reflection, body awareness, and supporting people as they navigate present experiences and future decisions.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health care.

Group calls are not recorded in order to protect the privacy of participants.

This space is open to all women and nonbinary people navigating relationship transitions.
I also acknowledge my own position and identity as a cis gender heterosexual woman. Because I do not identify as LGBTQ+, some people may prefer to work with a coach or therapist who shares that lived experience. I fully support that choice and encourage people to seek the support that feels most aligned for them.

Yes — I work with people in a range of relationship structures, including polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships.
I also want to share that my own lived experience has been within monogamous relationships. Because of that, there may be times where you would prefer to work with someone who shares more direct lived experience of polyamory or non-monogamy.
You’re always welcome to choose what feels most supportive for you, and I’m happy to help you find alternative support if that would feel like a better fit.
